Mood Bakers partners with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery of your products.

SHIPPING TIME

We strive to deliver all products as quickly as possible:

  • Metro Cities: 2-3 working days (excluding public holidays or other declared holidays)
  • Non-Metro Areas: 4-5 working days (excluding public holidays or other declared holidays)
  • Remote and Small Areas: Delivery time will be estimated upon order confirmation
  • Same Day Delivery: Available in select locations within Lucknow
  • Scheduled Delivery: As per the date requested by the customer

Please note: Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen events). While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or festivals. For local deliveries during festivals and outstation deliveries via third-party couriers, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery timing depends on various factors such as weather conditions, traffic, and special events. However, we will keep you updated in case of any delays and work to complete the delivery as soon as possible. Mood Bakers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

If any unexpected events like public holidays, strikes, or natural disasters occur, there may be shipping delays. Mood Bakers will inform you promptly of any such occurrences that may affect your order.

Please ensure that the address provided during order placement is complete and accurate. Mood Bakers will not be responsible for delivery delays or failure if incorrect or incomplete address details are provided. We do not deliver to post-box addresses. Should you need to change the order details or address, kindly contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES

Any additional charges such as GST, customs taxes, or any direct/indirect taxes applicable after shipment (both nationally and internationally) will be the responsibility of the customer.
