Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

For any Refund/Replacement and Cancellation requests, please contact the Mood Bakers Customer Service team at +91 7703000866 (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST) or email us at wecare@moodbakers.com.

Cancellations:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Mood Bakers will evaluate the cancellation request based on factors such as the current order status. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Additionally, cancellation requests will not be entertained for products that have been specially crafted for occasions such as Christmas, New Year's, Raksha Bandhan, etc., where such products are limited-edition and seasonal.

Refund/Replacement:

Refund/Replacement requests will only be considered if they are made within 12 hours of receiving the delivery. Examples include incorrect items being shipped, or products having expired or been damaged. Customers must provide adequate details, such as photos, to assist Mood Bakers in making a decision.
Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste preferences if the product is within the stated expiry date.

In case of receiving a damaged product, it must be reported to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of delivery. The customer must provide necessary details, including photographs, so that we can address the issue with our courier partners. Refunds or replacements will be provided if the issue is validated.

Product Replacements:

For product replacements, the same product will be shipped to the customer. If the product is unavailable, an equivalent product will be dispatched after discussing it with the customer.

Refund Processing:

Mood Bakers will typically process approved refunds within 1-2 business days. The request will be passed to our Payment Gateway partner, and they may take 5-10 business days to process the refund.
